About the service
Salony Online is a cloud system for managing barbershops, including online booking, WhatsApp notifications, reports and team management. The service is provided by a freelancer registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development under the freelance certificate shown at the bottom of the site.
Subscription requests
- Sending a request through the site does not automatically activate a subscription.
- Your subscription is activated after our team contacts you, the details are agreed, and payment is completed.
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
Prices and billing
- Prices are shown in Saudi riyals; the note below the pricing table states whether they include VAT.
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly depending on the plan and cycle you choose.
- We may change prices or plan features at any time; changes do not apply to a subscription period you have already paid for.
- Cancellation and refund details are provided when your subscription is activated.
Using the system
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for keeping your and your team's login details confidential.
- You are responsible for getting your customers' consent to receive WhatsApp messages from you.
- The system must not be used for any activity that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your salon's data
Your salon's and customers' data belongs to you. We only process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but temporary interruptions may happen for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, and we do not guarantee the service will be completely error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses or loss of profit arising from using, or being unable to use, the service.
Intellectual property
All rights to the system, the site, its design and content are reserved, and they may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
